1989

Mr Sockalingum started his business in Port Louis. He took individual orders from customer's and imported their vehicles from Japan.

2000

After 10 years working as a vehicle agent, Mr Sockalingum plans to open his car showroom. He acquired the plot at Riche Terre and started the architectural plan.

Bronze Peacock Ltd was established and the showroom opened its doors with a capacity of 30 cars.

2002

Bronze Peacock Ltd imported the first automatic transmission car, the first automatic Toyota Vitz.

2003

Bronze Peacock Ltd included a second storey to the showroom, increasing the number of vehicles to 60.

2003
2004

Bronze Peacock Ltd reached it's first milestone : sale of 1000 vehicles.

2004
2015

Bronze Peacock Ltd imported the first Honda Vezel to Mauritius and took the SUV market by storm.

Bronze Peacock Ltd's sales reached 7000 cars.

The showroom's design was revamped to celebrate all the years in service.
