COVID-19

The safety of our visitors and personnel remains our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with Government guidance along with global and local public health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.  We are actively taking the following steps to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone who visits our premises:

• We have enforced a strict hand-washing protocol that requires employees to wash and sanitise their hands frequently.

• Employees have been directed to avoid shaking hands and to stand 2m away from customers when possible.

• We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas including the waiting room, door handles, washrooms, etc. we have continued the use of disinfectant.

• We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitisers throughout the showroom.

• Service employees are wearing gloves when inside customer vehicles, and we've initiated a protocol to sanitise vehicles before returning them to our valued clients.

• Any employee who is sick is directed to stay home.

• We are actively following the news to stay informed and will work accordingly with the latest Government guidance.

• All test drives will be on hold until we deem it safe for these to resume.

We also advise and encourage all clients to continue to use our at-home services for their safety in these unprecedented times. We will always endeavour to provide a flexible and transparent negotiation of our vehicles.

 

During this time, we ask that you pay for your services with a debit or credit card rather than cash if possible.

We will also request the following from our visitors prior to their visit on our premises:

• All customers will be seen under appointments only. Please call us or send us an email to book your appointment before visiting our premises.

• Please wear a face mask and gloves at all time during your visit.

• Please respect a social-distancing measure of 2m between all personnel.

• We may ask you to stay in your vehicle until we are ready to receive you, if any of our rooms already have exceeded the number of personnel allowed.

• Please follow the Government guidance and act accordingly if you have visited any "hot spots" in the past few days.
